"Sky... Skyler! Wake up... Sky, c'mon, man!" These early morning noises could only come from one place in the Ferari house hold - the twins bedroom. While one was trying to wake his brother by any means necessary, the other seemed to be in a very deep sleep and to sleep this deep, well, one would guess him to probably be dead or under some sort of spell. Yelling, shaking, and pulling him by the collar seemed to have no effect once so ever on the ever sleeping Skyler. And Ty was beyond frustrated at the moment. "Five more minutes mom..." the sleeping twin muttered before a small yawn escaped him. A heavy and annoyed sigh was all that Tyler could muster now. Letting his grip slip from his brother, he moved away from the bed of his twin, going over to his own to double check their bags and equipment. "Boys! Breakfast!" their mother called from beneath them downstairs. She sighed contently, shaking her head after having heard all the noise. My boys.... she thought to herself, her smile growing. She had been up and about for the last couple of hours, instantly headed for the kitchen to make them something to eat, knowing if she didn't, they would forget and most likely wouldn't eat until after getting to Professor Rowan's lab.
After hearing his mother's call, and able to smell the food cooking in the kitchen below, Sky immediately sat up and leap out of his bed. Ty sighed again, "I suppose the only brain you have is in your stomach.... I can't believe you overslept - I planned for us to leave early, remember? Now we'll have no time to see anything on the way....." Sky only laughed, rushing over to his dresser to get out some clean clothes, giving his brother quick glances, seeing that Ty was already dressed and in the duo's favorite outfit no less. "Maybe, you never know, right?" After hearing his brother scold him, sort of, he gave an apologetic look, "Sorry. Heh, guess I shouldn't have stayed up so late... Ok, I'll be quick, I promise.... meet you downstairs in thirty!" With that, he ran right out of the room and down the hall, straight into the bathroom and closed the door behind him. Undressing, he hopped in the shower after throwing his black top, pants, and etc. onto the floor and cleaned himself up from head to toe. Stepping out, Skyler's blue hair lay flat against his head and covered his eyes a bit, dripping with water, like the rest of him. Grabbing his towel, he dried himself off, hair and all, before putting on his black shirt, black jeans, and whatnot else he had grabbed earlier. Rushing back into his room, he realized his brother was no longer there, most likely downstairs with their mom. Moving over to the mirror on his dresser, he looked down at his brush before finally picking it up and fixed his messy head.
Now completely dressed, he ran back out of the room and down the staircase, coming to a quick halt a few feet into the kitchen doorway, "Well? Did I make... the time ...or what?" he asked, panting as he leaned against the counter for air. Ty looked up, seeing that his brother finally came down. "Thirty minutes huh? You actually managed twenty-two. It's a shame you only use full effort when rushing." he managed to say before returning to his breakfast. "Why not? It's more fun this way - you should try it some time." Sky responded, chuckling a bit as he joined his brother and mother at the table and started to eat something from his plate. Their mother simply remained quiet, reading the paper. "Still after a pair of Eevee's?" she suddenly asked. The two boys simply nod as they eat. "Well, it's hard to say if there will be two Eevees there still waiting - its a pretty popular choice and who knows who else may be looking to get one. You two better leave within the next hour, just in case Rowan is short on them..."
After hearing that, the twins blinked in disbelief before staring at one another. Soon they began wolfing down their food. Flareon and Jolteon were their dream Pokemon. And they had no idea what other Pokemon to get. Though, Tyler could always get one of the usual fire type starters, that is, if he had too. However, Sky didn't want a Pikachu and that was the only electric starter he could remember. After about a few more minutes, the both of them scrambled out of the kitchen and up the stairs, back into their room to finish packing - or just so Ty could help Sky finish getting together his other stuff. It was a good thing Tyler had though of packing the majority of his brother's things after he finished with his own stuff. Having double checked three times, Ty started checking things off a mental list, counting on his fingers as he did so, "Ok, that's everything. All set? "And ready to go!" Skyler finished, grinning to his brother as he slung his backpack on. Tyler grinned as well as he put he backpack on, eager to get going not only for their Eevee's, but also to see the Sinnoh region on their own.
Now back down on the first floor, their mother had locked the twins in a death-gripping hug. Like all moms, she was hesitant to let her boys go. "Mom..." "We can't... breath!" the twins strained, until at last, she released them. "Sorry.... she apologized, "Well, you two take care. Call back the moment you get your Pokemon!" The two nodded, grabbing their hats off the rack near the door before taking a couple of steps outside. "Look out, Sinnoh," " 'cuz here comes..." "The `Rari Twins!"
